AVIATION INSURANCE SPECIALIST
Primarily responsible for selling aviation insurance services to prospective and current clients by using their knowledge of the insurance products. Specialists, along with our Account Assistants, will work with insurance company underwriters to create customized policy programs and maintain accounts. They create relationships with our clients and provide the ultimate client experience to ensure continual renewals and referrals. This is a commission based position.

Qualifications:

• A Property and Casualty Insurance License.

• Strong client service orientation.

• Experience in the aviation industry and/or aviation insurance preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their policies.

• Preparation of information to provide to customer and insurance companies regarding placement of new business and renewing current business.

• Obtains and presents proposals and quotes for coverages based on the customer’s needs.

• Create lasting relationships with clients to ensure renewal and referral business.

ACCOUNT ASSISTANT
Primarily responsible for providing customer service to prospective and current clients by using their knowledge of the insurance products. Partner with sales team to meet and exceed customers’ service expectations and to work with insurance company underwriters.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Experience in aviation industry/insurance experience preferred.

• A Property and Casualty Insurance License preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their policies.

• Assist in the preparation of information to provide to customer and insurance companies regarding placement of new business and renewing current business.

• Provide support to assigned Aviation Insurance Specialists and Brokers.

• Provide support and assistance to the Office Manager and/or other office personnel as needed.
