It is with great excitement that we announce Aviation Insurance Corporation has merged with Aviation Solutions, LLC.  As of February 1, 2010, all business is taking place under the Aviation Solutions name.

By merging with Aviation Solutions, we can offer you, our valued customer, even greater values and services.  A larger organization will allow us to provide an array of insurance and risk management services that were previously unavailable to us, as well as giving us a more predominant presence with insurance carriers.

Aviation Solutions shares the values that you have come to expect from AIC.  After conducting an extensive search to look for the right opportunity, Aviation Solutions exceeded our hopes for a merger.  This transition will allow us to continue our quest for excellent service and expertise, while allowing us to develop additional knowledge and experiences to better serve you.

Many things transition in a merger, however, these things will remain the same:

• You will continue to work with your same agent.  All staff is being retained in their current roles.

• You will continue to receive the high level of service you have come to expect from AIC.

• Your current insurance provider and policy will stay the same.  The merger will have no effect on your current policy.
